Jo has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years. Beginning her working life at The Bank of England, moving to a High Street Building Society then into a national brokerage where she helped develop ideas and set up the mortgage departments. Jo founded Brompton 360 Ltd in February 2009. Jo was a top performer in her last position at a National Company, but left to persue her belief in the importance of looking after the clients best interest and not be driven by corporate demands. Her personal life is spent enjoying family and friends and renovating old houses.

Graham started in financial services nearly 30 years ago. During this time he has been able to put this knowledge and experience to good use advising a broad range of clients, specialising in protection needs and will writing. Outside of work Graham is involved in helping with youth rugby and enjoys spending time with his family, friends and a good Rioja.

Emma has been involved in Financial Services for over 10 years in various roles. She has worked for other large organisations in the past and now works as an administrator for us. Outside of the industry she enjoys spending time with her husband and young family.
